Ordering and Payment
You select the product(s) you want to buy and put them in your shopping cart.
You can edit the contents of the cart right up to the time of order and you can continuously check the contents and price of the product(s).
When you are ready to order, click "checkout" and choose your delivery and payment method. Any extra payments such as shipping or debit card charges is clearly indicated during the check-out process.

When you place an order to purchase a product, you will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail to show that your order has been received.
The Order Confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to purchase the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, once you have received a ‘receipt/invoice’ email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched and including a tracking number.
Tetomo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving technical errors, delivery or logistical constraints, suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of discount codes, and repeated or abnormal ordering patterns. If Tetomo cancels an order, you will be informed accordingly and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be refunded or released in full.
You can pay with the means of payment specified on our Website. At the present, we accept the following means of payment:
- VISA/Dankort
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Anyday
- Mastercard
- Mobile Pay (only available in Denmark)
- PayPal
Your payment will be charged to the means of payment you have selected when your ordered product(s) leave our office for delivery.
Prices on the website may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location, including EUR and DKK. Currency display is determined based on factors such as your IP address and may reflect an estimated local currency value.
Local currency prices are provided for convenience and are calculated using a daily exchange rate determined by Tetomo.
At checkout, payments are processed in DKK, depending on the currency displayed at checkout. Your card will be charged in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply additional currency conversion fees if your card is issued in a different currency.
Tetomo cannot guarantee that the exchange rate used for currency display will match the rate applied by your bank or payment provider.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship globally from our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, given that the order is in stock.
We exercise the utmost diligence in accepting and processing your order and we endeavour to dispatch your order in the fastest possible time. Though we aim to deliver within the time frame, the delivery may take longer due to unforeseen events.
If you order several items and one or more are out of stock, we will partially ship the products available and inform you via email about the delivery window of the remaining products.

- Denmark (1-3 weekdays)
- Other EU countries (2-6 weekdays)
If your country is not listed above, please contact info@tetomo.com to receive an accurate shipping quote and delivery time before placing your order.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Note also that orders outside the EU may be subject to Custom & VAT fees when the shipment reaches its destination. Please consult your local customs authorities with any inquiries.
The customer will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as the order has been completed and dispatched.
If you experience trouble with your delivery please contact info@tetomo.com and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours.
Returns and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us. We handle each query individually to ensure the best possible service. While we hope you are delighted with your order, if you are not satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item. You may return the full order or part of the order.
If you wish to return or exchange your product(s), please contact our customer care at info@tetomo.com with the subject line "Return Request #[Order Number]."
You will receive a prepaid return label after contacting us. If the return is due to a faulty product, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. If the return is not due to a fault in the product, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the return.
Tetomo’s products may exhibit variations in pattern, shape, color, and size due to their handcrafted or limited-production nature. These characteristics are not considered defects and are part of the unique quality of the items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these reasons.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Tetomo cannot accept responsibility for damages or claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
You will receive confirmation within two days of your return being received. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to the credit card used to place the order. The original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reach your account.
