Shipping
We ship globally from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark.
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, given that the order is in stock.
All shipments within Denmark have a standard delivery time of 1-3 business days and are shipping using DAO.
All shipments within Europe have a standard delivery time of 2-4 business days and are shipped using UPS, DHL,..
Other worldwide shipments have a standard delivery time of.... and are shipped using UPS, DHL..
Orders outside the EU may be subject to Custom & VAT fees when the shipment reaches its destination. Please consult your local customs authorities with any inquiries.
The costumer will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as the order has been completed and dispatched.
If you experience trouble with your delivery please contact info@tetomo.com and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours.

Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We handle each query individually to ensure the best possible service. While we hope you are delighted with your order, if you are not satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note items are only eligible for return if in original condition.
Returns that have been used or damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the costumer at the costumer's expense. The costumer must make sure that the item is properly packaged before returning it. The customer assumes responsibility for the package and its contents until it is received by Tetomo. Therefore, for parcel shipments, the customer must retain a receipt as proof that the parcel has been submitted or delivered.
All Made-to-order, special orders, custom orders and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellations, returns, refund or exchange.

Refund
To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the credit card that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items has been presented to us whichever is the earlier.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.
